Mail server blocked by Messagelabs

    Hello

    I just set a new mail server. The ip address  that the ISP assigned to me was already blocked by Messagelabs only (not by any other black list). I requested ip removal from Symantec black list and the IP now shows NEUTRAL, but my server still can't send to Messagelabs protected domains.

    I read in another post that the ip was being throttled by Symantec because it was blocked in the past, so i need you to please completely free this IP address.

    How can i provide my mail server's ip address securely?

    We just set up a new hostet Exchange server with an ip address we havn't used before. Mails flow to everyone except customers that is protected by Symantec with MX preference = 20, mail exchanger = cluster5a.eu.messagelabs.com
    MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = cluster5.eu.messagelabs.com

    When i try to telnet cluster5.eu.messagelabs.com on port 25 there is no response.

    The the Ip investigation Query website (http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/) returns "The IP address you submitted, xx.yy.zz.ss, does not have a negative reputation and therefore cannot be submitted for investigation." when I run the test.

    What could be wrong?

    I've similar problem with messagelabs, and I'm unable to send PM(

    Can You check IP 213.136.87.63?

    Hello Marcin, 

     

    I've adjusted IP reputation on your sending IP. You should no longer have problems sending to MessageLabs.

    HI Message Lab block emails from our domain 

    domain name sportscover.com 

    mx records - mail1.sportscover.com

                        mail2.sportscover.com

                       mail3.sportscover.com

     

     

    please take necessary steps in IP reoutation service allow emails get to the clients

    sending Emails to 12 deferent domains (companies ) having issue blocking by messagelabs

    Mails form sportscover.com get block by messagelabs.

     

    could you please fix this 

     

    all the companies use Symantec get block email from sportscover.com

    domain name - sportscover.com

    mx records- mail1.sportscover.com

                       mail2.sportscover.com

                       mail3.sportscover.com

    please treat this as urgent

    Hi Symantec,

     

    About 2 weeks ago our organization started to get 553 bounceback errors suddenly to contacts we've been sending to all along. Our DKIM, and SPF records all check out clean (and haven't been updated) and we're not on any blacklist. I've submitted our domain information and false positive examples a dozen times now but no reply and no change in sending ability. What other options do we have to get this resolve by Symantec? Many business we've done business with for quite sometime use your messagelabs product and we're suddenly unable to reply to threads we've had open for weeks?!

    Anywhere else we can post to get some attention on our requests? Seems like this thread is no longer monitored, neither is the new one I created for it. We still can't send to our long time customers and invenstors suddenly.

    Hello Symantec,

    I'm having the same issue as Jose Maria Sarachaga and Tomcatt. I've submitted email samples, gone through the automated IP check, and posted on the forum to no avail. I'd like to resolve this issue as promptly as possible. Is there anyone I can speak to in order to get a resolution?

    I am having similar problems as well.
    I have checked on your website our IP has no bad reputation.

    There is a record in the log.
    (connect to cluster1.us.messagelabs.com [216.82.241.131]: 25: Connection timed out)

    Server IP: 219.99.220.45

    How do I solve the problem?
