  • 1.  Mails Not delivering

    Hi Guys,

    In my brightmail we are facing an issue that mails from the external domain like yahoo, gmail, rediff etc are not delivering to our users. when we checked in audit logs it is showing the verdict as none and the mails were also not delivered to any one..

    What is this verdict and why it is showing none?

    Anyone kindly help me because our users are facing issues..

    That usually means that they are still in the delivery queue. You will want to look for the messages in the delivery queue and it should show you a message explaining why we were not able to deliver them.

    I have not seen in delivery Queue, i simply rebooted the appliance after that the mails are delivered. daily iam rebooting my appliance what to do to solve this issue..

    can u explain little bit more?

    If they do not have a status for delivery that means it has neither succeeded nor failed, so it is still in the process of trying to deliver the messages.
