    Hello All,

    I've checked TECH articles, the product interface, and help documentation but I could not find the answer as to what the default max timeout value is configured when using MASS or MAAS (Malware Analysis Standard/Advanced Services). Could someone please provide the answer if they're aware?

    Also, will that timeout value be something configurable in the WSS portal eventually? (It's okay if this isn't known yet, just asking)
