    Hi Everyone,

I have a new NAS device and I'm having trouble connecting to it using QFinder (included app with the NAS).  When I disable the firewall I am able to connect to my NAS device.  Since I'm running with managed SEP, I assume I need to take the issue back to my corporate help desk, but I'd sure like to tell them exactly what needs to be done.... or is this something I can fix locally?

Check the Traffic log see what's beig blocked. Should just need to be a port opened or traffic allowed to/from that device

The traffic log shows 0 incoming blocked and 0 outgoing blocked and I've enabled windows services and broadcast traffic to be displayed.  Yet, when I disable all protection, I can find the NAS.  Is there a log file I can look at?

Check the traffic log on the client when you click on view log and select NTP you can view traffic log . if you see any entry of you nas drive block drag to right you can view the rule name which block NAS drive

However, you did get me to the solution.  I added a new firewall rule for all traffic on the specific MAC address and I'm good.  Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
