Hey team,
Lately we've had an issue with some of our managed software delivery policies.
Basically, we can't open them. For example, if you use the following view:
Policies -> Software -> All Managed Software Delivery
and try and double click on one of the 'broken' policies, you get a new window that loads for a while, then just shows a blank
View tab.
If you try access the same broken policy from:
Policies -> Software -> Managed Software Delivery
using the tree listing, you just get the right frame loading forever and a server error - see the error.jpg attachment.
The service is running and we haven't changed anything (server or database related). I've also tried running the NS.Package Refresh scheduled task manually, but no dice.
We've had this happen to a few of our policies lately. They still seem to work - as in, the computers they are assigned to get the software, but we can't open them.
We can create new working ones, but it's pretty annoying that existing ones just break for no reason.
The logs just give us 'Error occured while processing software solution pages.'. Attached are the relevant log entries.
Has anyone ever seen this? Any possible solutions? We're running NS v7.0.7416
