    Hello,

    Im trying to create a Managed Software Delivery with a Full inventory task but when i activate this policy they doesn't appear on agent.

    i've followed this guide

    Create and configure a "Gather Inventory" task (do not assign it a schedule or a target).

    Create a Managed Software Deleivery policy, and add the Gather Inventory task to it via its "Add > Task" function.  Fully configure the policy including schedule (some time in the far future allowing users to run it manually) and target and enable it.

    but nothing happen on agent, any point to check ?

    Hi Juliano Almeida,

    Your client PC has "Software Management Solution" plug-in and "Inventory Agent" plug-in installed?

    Also check "Altiris Log Viewer" on NS server to see any potential messages which could provide root cause of current behavior in your environment.
