Management Center and Reporting

Hi ,

I was trying to integrate the AD with Managemet center. But it didn't succeed.Below are steps perfromed by me 

1) Added the Group in Managment center as same as in Active Directory

2) Enabled the "group member syncup" and "user must have permission".

3) Enabled the AD authenication and provided the AD domain and IP address.

None of the users synced to Mangement center. Also i doubted no User name and password provided for AD integration . With that wheather Management center can sync the users ?

Symantec KB article TECH245670 describes the steps required, and describes using both the LDAP and Active Directory LDAP methods.

Alternatively, someone wrote a great blog post describing the setup process, "Integrating Management Center with Microsoft Active Directory."
