    Posted Jan 23, 2018 07:25 AM

    Currently "12.1.7004.6500" version package available in my Client install Package on SEPM.

    I want to add "12.1.7369.6900" version client package into my SEPM package manager.

    I have downloaded latest client install patchec form (https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.INFO4660.html) this link but unable to add using "A client install package" option.

    Becuse on my serial only 14 version full package is available to download.

    Braian thanks for your quick reply.

    I got answer for my question but one question in my mind that as mentioned on post that .exe import does not recommanded by symantech.

    So please guid me to create a .inf file manually.

    Currently I have SEPM access through web.

    The .INFO file is already available from the SEPM\Packages folder. No need to create one.

    @Amit

    The link you are using is for Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.6 MP9 client-only patches. These cannot be imported into the SEPM.  You need to download the version from FileConnect and then you will see the .info files in the SEPM\Packages folder.  Use those to import into the SEPM.

    @John_Owens

    As you have told that download from FileConnect.

    I gone through link(https://symantec.flexnetoperations.com/control/symc/registeranonymouslicensetoken) and provided my serial no but only version 14 download file are available for me.

    I have attached screenshot of product list.

    Can you please provide link for 12 version MP9 SEPM/client to download which is attachable on SEPM.
