does anybody know if there is a way to see or get a list of what peple are being mapped too, or attaced too.

I don't believe this functionality is built in. You'd be looking at a custom inventory.
as mclemson, there is no way i came across in SMP
but incase you are interested in a few system inventory then you can try executing fsmgmt.msc
From Action select Connect to Another Computer and from here you can check share folder and permissions.
i created a shared folder on the network
then created a bat file that said
NET USE >\\servername\foldershare\%USERNAME%.TXT
this put a text file on the folder share with the peoples userid.txt and in the file it showed all their mappings.
