What is the minimum memory usage utilizes by Symantec DLP agent 14.6? since we have seen around 115 MB as memory usage and remains stable. Is it normal?

This is about normal.
Keep in mind that this can increase or decrease depending on how many policies you have running as well as the type. In addition to when you are performing an action that requires scanning the performance will increase.

Will it be consistent?
And I assume that DLP touch each and every file thats been accessed?
