    Hello we are sending emails to a customer but the emails stay in the mail qeue with this processing message

     

    H=cluster9.us.messagelabs.com [216.82.249.51] Connection timed out
    Connecting to cluster9.us.messagelabs.com [216.82.251.41]:25 ... failed: Connection timed out (timeout=5m)

    Our IP is 169.45.171.75

    can you please help?

    Your IP was reviewed and you should no longer have issues connecting to our infrastructure.
