    Hello,

    like some others, I have a problem with messaging via messagelabs.com.
     

    connect to cluster1.eu.messagelabs.com[193.109.254.67]:25: Connection timed out
    connect to cluster2a.eu.messagelabs.com[85.158.139.103]:25: Connection timed out
    connect to cluster3.eu.messagelabs.com[85.158.137.67]:25: Connection timed out
    connect to cluster4a.eu.messagelabs.com[85.158.139.103]:25: Connection timed out
    connect to cluster8.eu.messagelabs.com[85.158.140.211]:25: Connection timed out

    Our mailserver with IP 138.201.200.181 is not on the blacklist.
    What can i do to resolve this problem?

    Welcome to the Symantec cloud forums!

     

    Our systems use a number of security controls, besides the blacklist. I will make sure to check internally, but please also follow the process outlined here to help resolve your issue: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH82881.html

    It basically consists of sending a couple of samples to Investigation@review.symantec.com, so our team can get the full picture of the issue.

    I am having similar problems as well.

    I have checked on your website our IP has no bad reputation.

    There is a record in the log.

    (connect to cluster1.us.messagelabs.com [216.82.241.131]: 25: Connection timed out)

    Server IP: 219.99.220.45

    How do I solve the problem?

    Submit a sample of the email that's getting blocked to:

    investigation@review.symantec.com

    I already sent the mail to Investigation@review.symantec.com (Wed, 13 Dec 2017 09:19:12 +0900).

    Currently, there is no reply....    ;-<

    Hello Ralf/Katsukino,

    I've re-checked both IPs and the reputation had risen again. Note that the IPs have been cleaned again, reputation reset.

    Please ensure neither of you is compromised in any sense, this to assess you're not unwillingly sending spam since this could be the reason the reputation keeps spiking.
