  • 1.  Messages from Messagelabs to our domain are being delayed / fail

    Dear Messagelabs,

    We have a number of clients who over the last week have been unable to email us as the emails are delayed with the error: -

    This message has not yet been delivered. Microsoft Exchange will continue to try delivering the message on your behalf.

    All the clients are usings Messagelabs, so there appears to be a common factor between all the clients.

    Our domain is 44communications.co.uk

    Please can you check your servers to see why our domain will not resolve / receive emials from your servers.

    Hi

    Can you give me a couple of specific examples that I can take a look at?

    I'd need the sender, recipient, date and time and subject and I can see if I can see whats happening for you.

    Thanks for the info. Looking at it, it appears we were experiencing an issue with resolving DNS for  your domain.

    I've now flushed our DNS and see no further issues with resoling so I do not believe there will be further issues with this going forwards.

    Hi Ian,

    Thanks for your repsonse.

    Our client has asked their customers to send messages again they are all still bouncing back again I'm afraid.

    I can't contact MessageLabs direct as we don't have a support agreement, so do you know of any way I can call someone to get this looked in to further?
