  • 1.  Migrating computers betwenn management servers

We recently set up a new management server and the clients were not migrated properly before removing the old management server.

Will I have to run the Sylink replacer on every computer individually or is there another more efficient way to do this.

    Any help is appreciated.

You need to export Sylink from SEPM and run Sylink replacer on one machine.

You need to mention either the subnet range or need to have a text file with all IPs in it.

Running Sylink Replacer from one machine will help you to replace sylink on all other machines.

You dont need to execute the tool individually on each machine.

Use the sylink replacer utility specific to versions, becuase if you are on SEP 12.1 you cannot use the SEP 11 sylink replacer.
