  • 1.  Missing data for AeX Client Logon

    Hi all,

    I am missing events data class for AeX Client Logon for a computer,  the agent was pushed to it almost 2 weeks ago. Inventory for hardware and software data are there.

    Under events though Software Management and Software Update folders are also missing.

    Under Settings | Agents/Plug-ins | Symantec Management Agent | Settings | Global Agent Settings, on the Events tab, verify that AeX Client LogOn is checked?

    Otherwise, you did at least 1 log-off on this managed endpoint and even after that 'AeX Client LogOn' data class doesn't appear in resource manager?

    Until there is no first time log-off done on client side, where SMA is installed, "AeX Client LogOn" data class will doesn't appear for this managed endpoint in RM.
