  • 1.  [Mobility Suite] Android 5.0.1 WorkHub Incompatibility

    Hello everyone,

    Working on a demo with Mobility Suite. When trying to install Work Hub on a LG G3 phone running Android 5.0.1 20H, I got the following error:

    This happens after installing WorkHub. The app just doesn't run. hence it's doesn't registered on Mobility Suite page.

    Has anybody knows about incompability issues?

    Also getting the same message (Samsung Galaxy S5) running Android 5 - seems to be an issue with the latest OS update, as I was able to install it successfully on other Android phones with older versions.  Updating to the latest version (5.2.2) had no effect.

    There will be expanded 5.0 support with Mobility 5.3.  Remember when you update your tenant to rebuild the Android client.
