  • 1.  Monitor Network packet capture code 1010

    Hi everyone!

    I have a DLP v12.5 and 2 Network Monitors, a few days ago one of them showed the error code 1010 "Restarted PacketCapture".

    Someone knows why this happens?

    Restarting the PacketCapture is normal.

    This is how the system recovers when there are corrupted packets or the data it got is not readable..

    Not a big deal.. unless it happens a lot.

    If it happens once in a while is OK.. though i it happens evry hour or more, than you should figure out why. This can happne when there is a corrupted packet or a mal formed protocol connection. I hav seen it where Websites will send data and do not close the connection proerly.

    Nothing to worry about.
