    When open sepm console monitor tab, it shown blank.

    Nothing is display, after refresh it no change.

    Uninstall the java version and reinstall it (Java http://computername:9090 for remote)

    Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1: Upgrading the Manager does not upgrade the remote Java console
