  • 1.  Motior tab shows no informtion in Risk Distribution by Attacker

    Guys!

    SEP console in the Monitors tab, shows "no information" in the "Risk Distribution by Attacker" and shows blank, while all features are functioning well and healthy.

    The customer is killing me!! Help!

    that will be blank most of the times

    its from past 12 hours only, if no risk is detected then in 12 hours then it will be blank only ;) 

    u can tell the same to ur customer :)

    The page will be blank if it does not detect an attack in the past 12 hours.

    Sandip,

    There are more than 300 clients and we have seen many detections in the reports of last weeks. but during that period again the figure (only the one you've highlighted) was blank.

    we have the same problem - we had 70000 risks detected in the last 24hours, but no information pulls up in risk by attacker. We have always seen entries in that field. This started when we upgraded to RU6MP2.

    You may have many risks on the network but if infected machines are not attacking one another then you won't see anything here despite seeing risks.

    Conficker would show up here as well as Koobface and Clampi because they are brute force type worms and try to spread (attack) to other machines.

    You can check the logs for more information.
