    once its been moved.
you run the management server configuration wizard
it wil ask you the db details
    fill in the new one.
    should be good.

its in the above link what i pasted

    • Reconfigure the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager database to recognize Microsoft SQL Server
This step is necessary to reconfigure the restored database so that it is recognized as part of a SQL server installation.
      1. Run the Management Server Configuration Wizard from the Start menu.
      2. Select "Reconfigure the management server" and click Next.
      3. Customize Server and Web console port as desired. The Server name should remain the same. Click Next.
      4. Select "Microsoft SQL Server" for database type. Click Next. ( YOUR NEW SQL SERVER)
      5. Specify the Microsoft SQL server (name\instance), port, database name and password.
        Click Finish.

The SEPM service will be restarted at the end of this process, and you may log into the SEPM console.
    rememeber you db password..
take backup of server private keys.

Take a backup of the SQL database.
Restore it in the other SQL Server

On the SEPm run Management Server Configuration wizard - Re-configure the Management Server  -Select SQL -then give the details of the New SQL server
