Moved server to new IP; emails are now being marked as spam by Email Security .Cloud (formerly MessageLabs)

We recently moved our mail server to a new IP (5.39.25.177) and it seems that email from our new IP to Email Security Cloud is now being marked as spam.

We've checked the IP with http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/ and was initially listed (not anymore), but mail seems to continue being marked as spam.

    Hi Colin

I checked the IP and I can see it listed again on http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/.

I've now raised this to the relevant team to have it investigated. I see no other issues with your IP so I'll update you when I get a response.

    Thank you

    Hi Colin

I've had the listing which is causing this removed for you. Please allow a short time for propagation and then can you test and confirm.

If everything is then working as expected please can I ask you to mark this thread as resolved.

    Thank you
