    Hi all, 

     

    Relatively superficial user - 

    I'm moving to a new computer in the office. 

    I still need to decrypt files coming in from a vendor using the old key. 

    I exported my keys (including private key). I also have set trust to Implicit on the new computer. 

    I can access files in folders encrypted by my old computer on our network (other users can't), but when I try to decrypt the vendor files, I get:

    Encrypting Desktop was unable to open

    (file destination and name)

    The PGP Zip may be corrupt. (-10800)

     

    I haven't uninstalled the the software on my old computer yet as I wanted to make sure it would work before, but is that causing the issue?
