Moving machines from 1 Symantec Endpoint Encryption Server to another

  • 1.  Moving machines from 1 Symantec Endpoint Encryption Server to another

    Hi,

     

    part of the business that I do IT support for, has split into 2 seperate groups

    1 half of the split business will be moving domains, therefore will need their encrypted machines moved to a new symantec endpoint encryption server

    the server has not yet been built

     

    Moving machines:

    How easy is it to move machines from one Symantec EE server to another?

    Is it as simple as installing a new framework on the machine to point it to the new server?

    Can I copy the SQL database? or entries from it?

    How to Migrate Symantec Endpoint Encryption Management Console and all the clients from one Server to another Server, without moving the existing SQL Server
