  • 1.  my SEP 12.1. ~ not compatible with Windows 10(1703)

    Hello, a few weeks ago I updated to a newer verision of  Windows 10 (1703) and since then my SEP is not unable to turn on. (All i can find information about my SEP is that it's 12.16860.6400)

    After the update, whenever I open my SEP it says "SEP doesn't work on this verison of Windows".

    I tried looking online but wasn't sure what to do, whether I should reinstall or I have to download an program to make it compatible with the recent Windows 10 update.

    If anybody can give me a clear guideline, for example giving the link to the program I have to download or an different  answer, I would really appreciate it.

    Make sure you're running 12.1.6 MP5 or higher for Windows 10.

    can i have a link where i can download or upgrade so its compatible with the Windows 10? I've looked on the website but there are so many programs that can i download but i am not sure if its the right one
