  • 1.  My server IP is blocked

    Hello,

    Some weeks ago we had a situation with spam sending from our server with IP 209.133.193.86

    The server was properly cleaned and we have restored our IP reputation, 

    Also we are currently not blacklisted in http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/ 

     

    But we still receiving the following error message when sending to Symantec protected email servers.

    Hi Hugo,

    Sorry about the late reply. But the IP 209.133.193.86 was being blocked due to the recent spam issue. However as you have confirmed this has been resolved I have reset the reputation for the IP and you should no longer have any issues sending emails through us.
