  • 1.  Need to create report for TLS vs non-TLS delivered emails

    Hi,

    I would like to make the following report:

    Number of emails delivered last month in plain text.

    Number of emails delvered last month with TLS v1.2.

    Also is it possible to use filtering in the "Message Audit Logs" to achieve this?

    This is not currently possible, there is an enhancement request for this but I do not have any information on when it will be added

    Hi,

    There is a solution, using syslog.

    In my case:

    - Total# of legit mails-connections (connection get passed SMGs firewall-rules): grep -c "|ACCEPT|" logfile

    eg Feb 23rd: 300.914

    Beware of the outbound connections, possibly change in grep ;-)

    - Total# of TLS-Connections (ok, only know TLS, version is not logged): grep -c "|TLS_RECEIVED|yes" logfile

    eg Feb 23rd: 118.839
