    Abdul,

I assume that on the Endpoint Configuration you have enabled the  "Application File Access Monitoring" (AFAC)

Go to the System > Agent > Application Monitoring

Go through the list.. and see is Seclore is listed.

If it is then UNCHECK all of the boxes, this will then ignore the application

if it is not there create a new Application. You will need to know the Execuable that we need to ignore ( ie Seclore.exe) you will then need to pu that in the new definition. Make sure that you escape the '.' when defininig the applicaiton name (Seclore\.exe).

Look at other Appliation defintions to get it right..

Then make sure to uncheck all of the boxes..

Save and then restart the agents to test this out.

    Good Luck

    Hi CraigEV,

Do i need to apply Seclore FileSecure IRM Policies on Information Discovered by Symantec DLP? Please find the below comment from Seclore team and let me know the solition.

Thank you for your time on the call. As per our conversation I've listed the points discussed below. Please provide us the information on the pending points as below to narrow down the issue.

    1. The issue started occurring from 16th April onwards.
    2. Total no. of machines affected as of now - only one will check with colleagues.
    3. Outlook application crashed 9 out of 10 times when Seclore Plugin has been enabled.
    4. We found Symantec DLP installed on the machine - Please check with the relevant team if Seclore has been added to the exception list in the DLP agent.
    5. Outlook event on which application crashes - Open email > reply All.
    6. Please send us the logs of a machine where the crash issue is not occurring - You will check this on your colleague's machine and get back to us.
    7. Check the behavior by disabling all plugins except for Seclore - You will check this and get back to us.

    Regards,

    ABUL
