Endpoint Protection

I've been trying to generate an automatic report that will list all of the clients connected to our SEPM that have definitions that are older than X number of days. I know I can do it through the logs but I want something automated so I can schedule it and have it emailed to our helpdesk so they can investigate. So far, I haven't found any reports that will generate a list of clients at all. Every report I've looked at seem to generate only summary information instead of detailed listings with actual client names/ip addresses etc. Is this possible and if so, what steps are necessary? Maybe I've missed something completely.
