Endpoint Encryption

My employer uses Symantec Endpoint Encryption.

I sent an encrypted work file to iPad but couldn't open it - 'Dropbox' said I didn't have anything installed to open it with.

The App Store listed PGP viewer  - said it would 'extend access to encrypted email to Apple mobile devices,' so I installed it.

I can't set it up because it's asking for the PGP Server and authentication information.

Where do I find that?  I just want to open the file, and this has turned into hours of wasted time.

    Grateful for any guidance.

A far as I recall, the Ipad is not supported for opening SEE encrypted files, so you're going to have to move the file back to computer to open (possibly even one with SEE on it depending upon if the file was encrypted as a self-extracting executable or not).

PGP and SEE are 2 different things.  If your employer used PGP Universal Server + PGP Desktop you can view it ala PGP Viewer, but nothing similar exists for SEE
