  • 1.  Need ITMS 7.6 trail or temporary licence

    Hi All,

    Our current license has been expired due to that we are unable to download the March month Microsoft security patches and getting Metadata Import Task fails, Request your kind help to get the Altiris Patch management system 7.6  trail or temporary licence just for 30 days.

    If you're using a trial version currently I don't think you're going to get another 30-day trial. This defeats the object of a time-based trial license in which you're able to test the functionality of an application before buying it.

    Past 2 years, we used this product with license around 2000 clients (servers 500, workstations 1500) but recently license was expired, it is possible to get the trial activation key to active the existing setup?

    Current version: Altiris 7.6

    Hi Arul,

    No, your trial license is for testing a product. In this case I doubt you get a trial license to monitor 2000 clients as you already have used this particular product. Your best bet therefore is to contact a reseller in your country to get a quote on renewing your existing contract and licenses.
