  • 1.  Need a Notification that a client has been purged from the DB.

    For certain client groups, I need a Notification email sent when a client is purged from the database for any reason. The reason will normally be not having checked in for 30 days.  

    The closest Notification I have found is "Client List Changed" but that was not useful because

    • Multiple types of client change will trigger this notification, and
    • The information is in an attachment, not in the body of the email.  Attachments cannot be read on my phone, nor filtered upon..

    Any ideas?

    Hello John,

    I don't think such notification is available, specifically related to the clients entries getting purged. I would suggest you to post your thoughts to the ideas tab and request for the enhancement.
