We deployed a bunch of machines that were installed from an image that was not SYSPREP before it was deployed, so we have duplicates in our Universal Server.  Does someone have a link or the file to download?  We have version 10.2.1 for Symantec PGP Desktop, and our Universal Server is 3.2.1.  Thank you.

You will need to contact support to request the utility.  The issue was resolved in later versions, so the easiest answer would be an upgrade to the latest version.

Thank you for the response. I tried contacting support and they suggested that I should post in the forums for help. Is there another way to rectify this issue? Upgrading is not an option at this time.

Obtaining and using the tool without being directed by technical support is prohibited.  I'm not sure why support would tell you to come back here.  If you have a current valid support contract, they should be able to assist you.

Mike is correct. The resources that you seek require a support case. If you have a support case, and aren't receiving  the help you need... Private message myself or Mike (Symantec Employees) the case number. We can look into it. Or, you can always ask to talk to a manager when you call in on your case.
