    I need 2 Tools which I can't find them anywhere.

    1. Sylink Replacer for 12.1

    2. L U A 2.3.1

    where can I find them?

    Please don't tell me to call Tech Support. :(

    Hello,

    I am afraid.

    However these Tools are only Available with Symantec Technical Support.

    I would not say to call Tech Support, rather You can create a Case Online as well...

    I would recommend you to create a case by Following the Steps provided in the Article below with Symantec Technical Support to grab the Latest copy of these Tools.
