  • 1.  Network connecting problem with Endpoint 11.0

    I am facing Network connecting problem thru LAN with the Endpoint 11.0.  I do not have any problem with the broadband Internet connection which is connected thru LAN.  But I am unable to be networked with other computers in my Network, and other computers are unable to view my PC in their network computers.  This is quite annoying.  How to unblock it??

    I went ahead and moved this thread over from the SEP 12 forums. SEP 12 is the new Small Business edition and not related to your question. Hopefully this gets you an answer faster : )

    Hi,

           If you could please let us know the following :-
    • OS and the service pack installed on the machine on which SEPM is installed
    • Version of SEPM & SEP installed
    • As rightly suggested the endpoint features installed on the machine which has SEPM and also on the clients if they are managed by the SEPM
    • If the Network Threat Protection & Proactive Threat Protection feature is installed try uninstalling it from the add/remove program...change option and then check for the connectivity.
