    Hello,

The DLP guide Symantec_DLP_15.1_System_Requirements_Guide shows that ContentKeeper is not supported. However, if it has ICAP functionality, is it still possible to monitor?

    Cheers,

    Monitor?

    Sure.  Use Network Monitor!

    Is this a trick question :) ?

I wouldn't take what's listed as "only these servers are supported".  Refer to the Admin guide for implementing Web Prevent, and take it for a spin.  Key take-away;  Enable Trial Mode.  This will throw an incident without actually blocking the message.  Note that for all proxy server configurations you will probably need the product documentation to get the RESPMOD and REQMOD details.

    Good Luck!

The trick is that this is for an customer. I have to do my due diligence before I attempt to integrate Network Prevent for Web with Content Keeper.

But generally speaking, you should be able to target ICAP compatible proxies, eh?

I think you're correct.  Generally speaking (if the server supports ICAP), you should be able to get it to talk to Web Prevent.

Of course, there are always exceptions.
