    Thanks for providing the new status system at    https://status.symantec.com/

    I see you now have email notification.   
        --- very good;  that should work well for us

    When I subscribed to email notifications,   I expected an email sent to that address,   to verify it was a valid address,   and it was indeed me that subscribed.
          "verification email".

    I did receive the    Notification Subscription Confirmation    email.
        ...which is similar to what I described;  but not exactly.

    Thanks for the new status process.

    Can you confirm exactly what you want us to look into. This forum is forr Symantec .cloud. Is this the correct Forum.

    On February 16, 2017, at ClientNet, we see a new Service Alert about Configuration Propagation Delays.

    We did not recieve an email notification from the Symantec Status system.

    We should have.

    Why did we not receive that notification via email ?

    This new process is in the transitional phase and it appears that this has been missed when posted. Further updates on Symantec Status and Service Alerts will be posted in Client net soon. Unfortunately I do not have an ETA on the update.

    A--   I do not understand why I would mark this as "resolved".    My understadning is that a forum is intended for "open discussion for as long as needed".   Since the Symantec Status system is very new, ...would have "expected" comments on this thread from other people.
    Might be a way to provide feedback to Symantec.

    B-- Can you please tell me how tomark it as  --resolved-- ?
    I searched but did not find the instructions.

    You should now see the option "Mark as solution" available.

    Threads should be marked accordingly when the solution has been provided. This provides an answer for others who may be researching the same or a similar issue. It does not close out the thread. That happens automatically after six months of inactivity. Until then, additional comments can be added.

    @Brian -- Thanks for the Reply.    I was looking for "mark as Resolved".   or maybe it should be "case is closed".
