I catch new virus WWWZUC32.exe, which hijacked windows processes. Sys monitor, Symantec life update, boot in safe mode and others stop working. Symantec the latest virus definitions doesn't recognize it.
I am running Endpoint protection  V11.0.5002.333 with Virus definitions May 23 2010 r4.
Other AV systems aware of this virus.

Do you know how to clean this virus and restore Win XP infected files?

Quickest thing you could do is to simply submit the file to Symantec. I have seen this probably a hundred times or so in the forums and if users would submit it right away (even before writing a post) they would get a rapid release definition before the thread is solved. Here is how to submit it:

did it got detected by another AV vendor, to verify the authenticity submit the file to security response team
    https://submit.symantec.com/websubmit/gold.cgi

and in the symptom you need to explain which AV detcted virus.

SOmetimes, it could turn out to be a false positive.
