    One of the least understood features of Connect is the "filter" feature - got to the Articles or Blogs section and choose to filter only the content that deals with the product you are interested in. I hope this gets you started in the right direction! You can also filter by author - if someone wants to suggest names!

    There are a number of ways to get started.. first off what version of Altiris are you using? 6 or 7?

    Do you understand SQL? If so, your task is a bit easier, once you get a grasp on the schema of Altiris (v6 that is).

    The report builder how-to provides some examples, otherwise search the knowledgebase system for custom reports or report builder.
