  • 1.  No client SEPM console

    Some clients 12.1.RU 6MP5 connect to the Symantec server and get update def from GUP, but not displayed in SEPM console. only in client-server logs(attached) you can find their activity.
    there are no errors  on the clients syslog  (attached)
    Who knows how to solve the problem with the visibility of clients on the console?

    Check if they are reporting to different domain within SEPM

    click on admin - servers - domains, Do you see another domain other than Default if yes, then select administer then search for clients

    Or

    These are cloned machines, hence only one machine will report, others will not

    Duplicate Hardware IDs result in only one client showing up in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager for multiple systems

    What happens when you search for the client from the Clients page? Enable sylink logging on the client to see communication between client/SEPM.

    Thumbs up to Rafeeq!  It certainly sounds to me like these might be cloned machines.  If so, please review the below article on how to identify and fix the clients in question:
