  • 1.  No longer receiving email intrusion alerts

    Though I see intrusion alerts by computer when viewing the SEP SBE "portal", the Alert Inbox isn't showing any alerts since yesterday at 12:04pm, and we've not received any alerts by email since around that time.

    Intrusions still appear to be detected and blocked, we're just no longer receiving the reports, and it's clear from the Alert Inbox, that those alerts are not being generated.

    We've not changed any settings in ages, any idea what's suddenly broken?

    Were there updates made to the portal by Symantec?

    How would I be able to tell?  There's no obvious version info displayed anywhere.  Certainly nothing *looks* different.

    I've seen Symantec put a notice up on their portal if upcoming changes are giong to be made.

    Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

    Anyone else with a suggestion of what's wrong or how to get it fixed?
