I recently noticed a blank screen when i select reports in Symantec endpoint Protection manager. No clue to troubleshoot.

What screen? Have a screenshot?
What database do you use? Embedded or SQL?
Problem could be with authentication to database.
Also, it could be some problem with JAVA. See following link:

We are using dedicated SQL DB server. You want us to try the ODBC connetivity test?
I don't remember circumstance when I had similar problem but i remember I switched from Windows Authentication to SQL Authentication or vice versa and that solve my problem.
