    Hi all,

    We get exception in submit incident ticket component when email monitoring executes and incoming email is processed. However, entries are created in reportprocess and imincidentticket tables. But no task are created. What can be the problem? Servicedesk version: 7.5.3001.78

    Problem solved. There was an issue with server hard drives
