Apologies but I am an end user and am not technical at all.
When I use the desktop encryption to send an encrypted file to a government organisation I add their keys so they can open it.
We now have a product which can process files and use PGP to encrypt the file so I can automate the production and encryption and delivery of the file.
The file process I am trying to use asks where the keyring is.
I can find my public and private keyrings in My Documents.
But this is not the keyring I need as if I use it only I can open the encrypted file.
I need a keyring that has all the keys belonging to the government orgnaisation on it.
How do I create such a keyring - bearing in mind I need the answer in idiot speak :)
