    Hi there,
We have a set of files in our software with valid digital signatures
and those are submitted to Symantec’s white list.
When our clients download those softwares they get an warning message
from Download Insight of Norton. The warning says 'our information on this file is inconclusive',
'fewer than 5 users in the Norton Community have used this
file' and 'the file was released less than 1 week ago'.
By looking at this message the clients get confused whether to
    install or discard the software.
So can I have the best solution for solving this problem?

We are updating the software files once in a week or so. So is it neccessary
to whitelist all the files again? Is there any automation techniques to add files to whitelist?

Is this Norton or SEP? Can you provide a screenshot. For Norton related queries, you may wan to post it on the Norton forums:

If it's your company's software then you can select the option to run the software. You will need to add exceptions for the software though.

You're best off posting in the NOrton forums though since this forum is for SEP enterprise.

    Thanks
