Are you using a Create SMP Credentials component at the start of your Workflow?

No, actually i was trying to connect to SMP to publish the workflow. It's localhost ,which prompt me the wrong username / password

Remove the localhost one from your Credentials Manager if it's not necessary,

Does the ip one error as well?

Why remove the localhost? Since in the credentail manager it's working fine.

Is WF Manager on the same box as the SMP? I said if it wasn't necessary delete it, if they are pointing to the same server then no need for two. Just to confirm this is WF8.1, what SMP version is it? There was a bug where you needed to wait a minute or two before opening the SMP treeview or it would get this error, is there anything in the logs about it calling an .svc for auth?

Did you manage to fix this?

There may be leftovers in the following file:

    C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Workflow\Connections_NotificationServerConnectionProfile.xml

Each connection starts and ends with the <NotificationServerConnectionProfile> tag.
