Not able to excute commands on commandline 10.3.2 with non root user

We are not able to run any commands on commandline 10.3.2 with non root user. Where as we are able to perform operations with root user.

I tried using --version -- verbose as well. This gives no output(not even error) for app user. though we get expected o/p with root user.

    Thanks

You need to set the PGP home folder to a commonly-accessible folder.  By default, it is created under the logged in user profile when the program is installed.  The method to do so varies depending on OS.  It can be found in the user guide.

    Basically for Linux:
If you want the home directory changed on a permanent basis, you need to create the
$PGP_HOME_DIR environment variable and specify the path of the desired home
    directory.

    For Windows:
If you want the home directory changed on a permanent basis, you need to create the
PGP_HOME_DIR environment variable and specify the path of the desired home
    directory.
