We have a requirement that we have not been able to complete since it is not covered by the document and technical support says that it is not possible for which we request your support with our request, which I describe below. When ATP sends some action (insolation to the client Endpoint it is notified to him by means of a pop-up which immediately appears and disappears in the icon of SEP the action that has been done. This popup window is the one that we need to customize the text. Is it possible to perform this type of action?

If Tech Support told you that the customization of the text is not possible then you could write an improvement request by using the "Symc Connect Create Idea"
