    Hello

    We using CMS 7.1 SP2.

    We face NSE Files not process issue. Find attach logs.

    Hi CBZ9104,

    According to logs,

    1. Messages from log:

    "14.05.2015 03:20:07","Event not processed. IP:XXX; Error description: Altiris.NS.EventRouter+ServerBusyException: Queue was full.

    Seems like this occurs because default 500MB "MaxFileQSize(KB)" isn't enough for your current amount of received .nse files.

    C:\Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\Bin\Tools\NSConfigurator.exe

    Find there "MaxFileQSize(KB) setting.

    2. Other messages from log: Could not find file 'C:\ProgramData\Symantec\SMP\EventQueue\EvtQueue\e878b8c287d544b79afecc268f14f634.nse'.

    Due EventQueue is full, some .nse files are moved to bad folder in Queue, therefore on attempt to process .nse, it isn't available in previous folder.

    Note:

    • If you are using CMS 7.1 SP2, without any rollup installed, then please check last comment from Gavin in this thread. Maybe you need to install rollup to have some fixed problems with NSE processing.
