Patch Management Solution

Hello,

We are piloting Office PoPlus on 200-300 PCs and a lot of the updates fail. On failing machines, the downloads will contantly retry after the first failure. In the agent log files I see these messages:

GetServerLists: Local codebase(s) have not been received from NS. Trying to get it from locally installed

Followed by:

GetPackageLocalSources: Locally installed Package Server not found

Also in the log file is the message

Please execute Click2Run tool manually using command line (then the click2run path and full command is show. This works successfully if we run the update manually)

Does anyone have aan idea of where the problem might be?

Some more information:

The details of the update show that it is 9.3GB, the download history says that the download succeeded but the package size was 0.00 KBytes. The source is another PC in the office, so it is trying to download from a peer.

The run history shows run failed with exit code 1603 and it runs with system rights.
