One quarantine email listed per end-user email?

    Just updated to the most recent release on Friday evening (10.6.2-3) and now our spam quarantine emails to end-users (sent every four hours) are all coming one at a time instead of one email with the a list of quarantined items.  If it's set to kick of at 7am and the user has four new quaratined spam emails, instead of one email with the four listed, they're getting four emails with one listed per message.

    Anyone else seen this?  Tried a restart again just to be sure things were clean, tried adjusting settings in the quarantine options, nothing.  No other changes occurred, just the update and it began right after.

    Again, no others changes and I can't seem to make the single emails stop.

    the same problems were happen to us. after upgrade to 10.6.2-3, our spam quarantine emails to users are coming one time for all of them but now send one mail for each one.

    I am having the same issue has anyone found a solution for this problem? My users are going crazy over this? Should I just roll back to the previous version? I cannot let this happen again tomorrow.

    I finally got through to support.... known issue with 10.6.2-3 (of course!).... they are working on fixing it and should be an update hopefully soon.

    I turned off the quarantine emails for now.....

    I also opened a ticket with support and here is their reply:

     

    Symantec is aware of this issue.
    We have the root causes and are working to correct them within the Control Center code.
    We do not yet have an ETA for the new fix release.

    For now, the best temporary solution is to disable quarantine notifications until a fix build can be released (set notification frequency to “Never").

    You can be alerted when the new build is available by making sure that "New software release update available" is selected on the page "Administration//Alerts//Licenses/Updates"

    Unless you have additional questions, I will move to archive the case.
     

    Disabling the notification feature is not an option for me, I asked if I should roll back and what was the recomended procedure and I am waiting to hear back on that front.

    I hope in one Fix as soon as possibile !!

    We can't turn off the quarantine mail .

    Same problem here, I opened a ticket and the engineer said that they were investigating the cause of the problem.

    same problem here...

     

    the support portal does not even work...but still I ask myself "how hard can it be to fix when it worked in the 10000 versions before?"

    Nor can I understand why this isn't an emergency fix.... this is a centerpiece to the device and the way it works.... 

    My users are pissed....

    Can't someone stay all night, bang out a fix, get it tested and released.  Waiting a few weeks isn't really an option.

    It's totaly inaccettable this situation.

    My users are pissed too ...ad we don't know what to say !

    I wouldn't hold your breath! My comment was from a month ago. You will need to change the setting under spam notification settings to never and that will stop the flood of daily emails until they send out an update, then hopefully we will be bale to turn it back on.

    10.6.2-7 was released today - i have successfully installed it in QS but didnt have time to check that one out

    Anyone else?

    I installed latest version. I enabled user quarantine notification feature but i can not see per day schedule (mon, sun, tue...) i will wait 7 days see working succesfully :)

    Couldnt find any documentation either.

    Only version update check at CC will show you attached info of check "update list"
